Our 2003 signature wine is crafted from Estate Grown Acampo vines this vineyard has its own micro climate. The Molkulmne Vineyard that surrounds our Acampo winery and have produced wines for more than a century is harvested each fall to produce this robust wine.
You will find this 100% Cabernet very approachable, with a great balance between fruit and oak. Aged in American and French oak barrels for 20 months, this estate wine is very dark in color and has aromas of blackberry and dark cherry with a hint of black pepper. Our Cabernet Sauvignon received multiple international gold medals over our first 4 years of judging and recently took gold at the Winefest in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Aged an nine-months more than our 2003 Estate Cabernet, we choose only our best new American Oak barrels to age this wine. Our Reserve Cab begins in the vineyard, we have selected the premium and oldest section of our vineyard, and used the fruit from this section to make this 100% cabernet wine. This Reserve has a deep purple color, with strong aromas of black cherry and blackberry. There is also a perfect balance between fruit, spice and oak on the pallet as the connoisseur notices a complexity in all aspects of this wine. Our first two vintages sold out and the 2001 vintage was rated a 95 by the California State Fair, a 92 by the Wine Report and one of the top 50 wines of the year (21). This wine not only outperforms many others in its class, but it surprises people that feel only great affordable Cabernet’s can come from the Napa Valley. ABOUT OUR WINES
The 2002 version of this wine was named one of the12 Zins of Lodi, an area famous for its Zinfandel wines. While the 02 quickly sold out and the 2003 is gone also, our 2004 Zin could be the best of the bunch. It comes from round robust fruit from 57 and 82 year old Acampo Zinfandel vines and has a deep purple color with a robust flavor.
On the nose, some wonderful and deep-dark berry flavors come through in this wine. There are light tannic influences in this Zinfandel, allowing one to enjoy this wine in almost any situation, but it still packs that Old Vine Zinfandel kick. This wine has been placed in many wonderful restaurants all over the country, because unlike many zinfandels it does not overpower the food it is served with; instead, it compliments foods, without sacrificing the Zinfadel depth, strength and of course flavors.
Aged for nearly 16 months in American and French Oak Barrels, this wine has garnered an 89 score and multiple medals along with the special 12 Zins of Lodi award!

For our Rose’, we take the skins off of our Old Vine Zinfandel right at crush, filtering the wine as it enters the fermentation tank. This crush technique allows for a fresh, crisp and clean wine. We then ferment the wine to complete dryness, before adding just a bit of Muscat to give the wine its fantastic
hints of sweetness and a dash of cabernet for an amazing rose color.

This 2003 wine is 100% Cabernet and made mostly from our award-winning reserve cabernet. With this 2002 Cabernet, we add some estate wine to the reserve to give us a blend of Century Oak Cabs that has strong berry aromas. This wine has a dark, ruby color and aromas of blackberry jam, and spicy dark chocolate, with hints of cinnamon. The wine is smooth on the pallet and well rounded. The wine drinker will enjoy the tones of tea, fruit and chocolate that leads to a strong, yet clean and long finish. This wine and its special label and bottle, continues to garner raves all around.

THIS IS A NEW RELEASE WINE!!
With the success of our ‘Old Duffer’ Red Table Wine, we decided to make a traditional version for our Century Oak Label. This wine has been released for this first time in November 2007 after a bottling in during spring of the same year. This Red Table Wine is comprised with 50% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Petite Syrah to give it a punch, that goes along with some amazing berry flavors and a smooth finish. You get some light tannins and oak, but there’s some strong dark berry flavors and spice that makes this wine a great drink! Case discounts on all wine.

Our 2006 Chardonnay is filled with melon and apple aromas.Fermented entirely in stainless steel, this Chardonnay consists of a fresh apple and pear on the pallet. This process allows our Chardonnay to retain its fruit structure without the heavy, woody oak that masks some bad fruit chardonnay’s. Not ours, the color is golden and believed by many to drink like a French Chablis. As you approach our Chardonnay, you’ll notice good characters on the nose. It is great for pairing with lighter foods and fish and a fresh crisp taste that leaves a hint of pear on the pallet and finishes long and smooth.

Our blends are one for one in competition, garnering a gold at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience. We combine four distinct red varietals to give this 2004 wine a nice purple hue, an aromatic nose and a smooth finish. Our table wines include our staples of Old Vine Zinfandel and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Alicante and Carrignan. After making our Zinfandel and Cabernet, the family sits down with different blends of the two wines, along with the Alicante and Carignan. We come to an
